Rules:
*Political contributions to the David Simpson Campaign are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. State law requires us to use best efforts to collect and report the full name and address, principal occupation or job title, and full name of employer of individuals whose contributions equal or exceed $500 in a reporting period.
Under Texas law, individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, and PAC’s may contribute to political campaigns. Unlike in federal elections, there is no limit as to the amount a donor can contribute.
The David Simpson Campaign may not accept contributions from corporations, labor organizations, or foreign nationals who have not been granted permanent residence in the United States.
